APRIL / MAY 2013 GOALS:

  • Get down to 147LBS ( -6lbs )
  • Bootcamp every monday.
  • Spin Class x 4 times a week.
  • Get my waist to 27 inches
  • Start running atleast once a week from the house.
  • Get a new tattoo.
  • Plank for 2.5 mins
  • Do the stairs 4 times in the month. 10 times each set.
  • be able to run the stairs one set just once.
  • Wall Sit for 2 mins
  • Perfect Push-ups 25 in a row

  1. Deadlift 200lbs.
  2. Squat 75kgs
  3. Run a 10km race
  4. Vancouver ToughMudder
  5. Vancouver COLOR RUN 5km
  6. Get to and Maintain goal weight.
  7. Volunteer for something x 2
  8. Skydiving ( again )
  9. Tattoos x 4
  10. Camping x 3
  11. Travel To Vegas with mom
  12. Meet Chelsea
  13. Read 100 books.
  14. 5 chin ups in a row. 
  15. 5 push ups in a row.
  16. Go horseback riding. 
  17. Try Surfing in Tofino

  1. Go Off-Roading
  2. Jump off Bridge (20+feet HIGH <3)
  3. Go Quading.

  6. Go Jet Ski-ing
  7. Go on a Boat
  8. Go to TOFINO.
  9. Go Skiing
  10. Do something crazy with my hair. JULY 20th 2012
  11. Go to at least TWO concerts.
  12. Cut wood with an AXE
  13. Go Horseback riding.
  14. Camp THREE times. [ 3 / 3 ]
  15. Finally Meet Jess
  16. Get Three More Tattoo [ 2/3 done ]
  17. Buy my own Car.
  18. Get a Credit Card.
  19. Try Yoga
  20. Be able to do the Splits
  21. Do a headstand.
  22. Try Belly Dancing.
  23. Walk the strip in nothing but my Bathing Suit.

  25. Be comfortable when a guy picks me up.
